課程概述 |
This course is two credit hours and will meet two hours every week. The topics include introduction to microbiological research, literature collection, the format of scientific literatures, culture medium and its preparation, Physical and chemical controls of microbial growth, isolation, cultivation, and storage of microorganisms, microscopy, staining techniques, genetic studies in microbiology, and Modern methods in microbiology. The grade will be determined by the mid-term and final examination. |
